Proverbs 18:24

Proverbs 18:24 A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

Are you the kind of friend that you would want as a friend?

No, but Lord I want to work on that. In BSF lecture learned about how the curse is being reversed. This gives me hope that the curse over my heart, that's made it so fearful and selfish is being lifted. I pray that You will show me how to be a good friend.

Please show me how to handle the situation with Diana and her daughters. They have dropped out of dance, which makes Lily and Isabel happy (and me by extension). But I want to be a woman after your heart. How would you have me handle our relationship with them? I want to be a good friend.

Lord, thank You for a good day at BSF, and a classroom full of ADORABLE children. I pray that You would work through me to show them love and raise them up to know You, planting seeds, etc.

Thank You for Isabel today, her 11th birthday. Lord, I pray for her first and foremost that she would grow in her love and knowledge of You. I pray for a smooth day today, and that she will feel loved. I pray for the newspaper adventure that she is about to embark on. Show me where I need to step in and whether I need to nudge her or Mrs. Lupiani. Show me how to accept whatever happens.

I pray for Lily, who is just a delight. Thank You for her!!!!!!!! I pray that she will continue to practice her piano, and that a love for piano would take hold. I pray that she will find her thing that she loves and that she's good at.

I pray for Lee, for a smooth transition at work. I pray for his new boss Sherry, that she will recognize Lee's intellect and his potential for even greater things. I pray that You would show me how to make him know I love him!

In Jesus' name I pray,

Amen
