1 Timothy 2:2

"You should pray for all who have authority. Pray for the leaders so that we can have quiet and peaceful lives--lives full of worship and respect for God."

Lord, I am riddled with sin, but You love me. I want to have a quiet and peaceful life, full of worship and respect for You.

I thank You for driving me forward in writing Your book. I continue to depend on You for each word, each idea. I yield this book to You. I pray that You will show me how to draw people to You through its words.

I thank You that my cold hasn't gotten worse. I pray that You would give me the strength and love to overlook how I feel, and spend a loving night with Mom as we have dinner and see Romeo and Juliet.

I pray for Sara, and all of her many issues with Andy's family. I pray for the baby in her womb, that You would raise him up to love You. And that You would draw Sara to You, too.

I pray for Lee, that You would bless him with a pleasant night tonight with the girls.

I pray for Isabel's newspaper, that You would use this opportunity to grow her leadership skills and her work ethic.

I pray for Lily Bug, sweet, sweet, sweet.

In Your son's precious name I pray,

Amen
